Refund Policy
At Apex we provide high-level consulting, operational strategy, systems development, and customized business solutions. Due to the nature of our services, all agreements, retainers, audits, and projects are governed by the terms outlined in the signed client contract.
No Cancellations
Services, retainers, projects, and engagements may not be canceled unless cancellation terms are specifically outlined within a signed written agreement between Apex Operations and the client.
Non-Refundable Services
All deposits, retainers, consulting fees, operational audits, strategy sessions, ERP/system development work, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once work has begun or services have been rendered.
Contract Governance
Any cancellation rights, termination clauses, refund eligibility, payment obligations, or service terms will be strictly governed by the signed client agreement. In the absence of written cancellation terms within the contract, the agreement remains fully enforceable for the full project or service term.
Monthly Retainers
Retainer agreements remain active for the full agreed contract term unless otherwise specified in writing within the signed agreement.
Billing Errors
Refunds for duplicate charges or billing errors may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will be issued back to the original payment method.
