Permitted Use

Customers may use Apex services for lawful business and personal purposes, including:

• Operations consulting

• Bookkeeping support

• Business management

• Workflow automation

• AI-powered assistance

• Customer relationship management

• Scheduling and calendar management

• Communications (voice, SMS, MMS, and email)

• Project management

• Inventory management

• Reporting and analytics

• Personal productivity

• Other approved business activities

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Apex services to:

Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Commit fraud or identity theft.

• Facilitate illegal transactions.

• Engage in money laundering or other criminal activity.

Harmful Communications

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

• Send phishing emails or text messages.

• Distribute malware or malicious software.

• Transmit viruses or harmful code.

• Circumvent carrier messaging rules or anti-spam requirements.

Misuse of AI

You may not use Emma, Blair, Ava, or any Apex AI assistant to:

• Impersonate another individual without authorization.

• Generate fraudulent or deceptive communications.

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.

• Produce unlawful or harmful content.

• Automate illegal activities.

Unauthorized Access

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Apex systems.

• Attempt to access another customer's data.

• Circumvent security controls.

• Reverse engineer our software except where permitted by law.

• Attempt to disrupt platform operations.

Abuse of Communications

Our phone and messaging systems may not be used for:

• Robocalling

• Spam texting

• Political messaging (unless specifically supported and compliant)

• Telemarketing in violation of applicable law

• High-risk communications prohibited by our telecommunications providers

Intellectual Property

You may not:

• Copy Apex software without authorization.

• Remove copyright notices.

• Redistribute proprietary software.

• Use Apex trademarks without written permission.

AI Assistant Usage

Our AI assistants are designed to assist users with business and personal productivity.

Customers remain responsible for:

• Reviewing AI-generated content.

• Approving important actions.

• Verifying business, financial, legal, tax, or medical information before relying on it.

Apex AI assistants are not licensed attorneys, accountants, physicians, or financial advisors.

Third-Party Integrations

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to connect third-party

accounts such as:

• Microsoft 365

• Google Workspace

• QuickBooks

• Dropbox

• OneDrive

• Stripe

• Other supported services
