Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the websites, software, AI assistants, consulting services, or other products and services provided by Apex Operations Group LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Good Faith Resolution

We value our customer relationships and encourage the prompt resolution of any concerns.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both you and Apex Operations Group LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct communication.

Customers may contact us by email or through our official support channels so we can attempt to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Venue

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought in a state or federal court located in Utah, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Time Limit for Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim relating to these Terms or our services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose. Claims brought after that period may be barred.

(If you're unsure about this provision, you can remove it or have an attorney confirm it's appropriate for your business.)

Injunctive Relief

Nothing in these Terms limits either party's ability to seek temporary or permanent injunctive or equitable relief when necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Severability

If any provision of this section is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed client agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Apex Operations Group LLC and the customer regarding the use of our services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a signed consulting agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) contains dispute resolution or governing law provisions that differ from these website Terms, the signed agreement will control for that consulting engagement.
